By accessing and using Venmiga's development services and Business Manager platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Services

Venmiga provides custom app development services including web development, mobile apps, AI automation, and our Business Manager platform that helps you track sales, expenses, inventory, and provides AI-powered insights for your business.

Development Services

For custom development projects:

• Project scope and timeline will be defined in a separate agreement
• Payment terms are typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion
• You retain ownership of all custom code developed for your project
• We provide 30 days of free support after project completion

Business Manager Platform

For our Business Manager platform users:

• You must create an account to use the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You retain ownership of all business data entered
• Free month included with development projects

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with our services or other users

Payment Terms

Development projects require signed agreements with specific payment terms. Business Manager subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Intellectual Property

For custom development work, you retain ownership of your project upon full payment. Venmiga retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and non-client-specific code.

Limitation of Liability

Venmiga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
